Hydraulic wheel tyre press Assembly of wheel rims for metro and tram

This hydraulic wheel rim press was developed to client specifications. The press is used to assemble wheels in wheel rims with intermediate rubber blocks fitted. These blocks are for travel comfort. At assembly, a large cone is used to pull the wheel into the wheel rim hydraulically. The cone ensures that the rubber blocks are pressed together in a controlled manner, after which the wheel fits easily. Objective: The wheel and wheel rim must align perfectly to prevent vibrations in the vehicle. • 3 Clasping arms. • Automatic centering. • Operation: from separate operating panel. • Other tonnages, designs and functionalities available on request.
